- Mortgage in Euros
- Security - 1st legal charge on the French property
- Valuation - arranged by Credit Foncier with no fee applied
- Purpose of load - residential property - main residence, second home, buy-to-let, new build, re-mortgage, home improvements and leaseback property
- Loan to value - Minimum 50,000€ up to a maximum of 80% including cost of improvements
- Arrangement fee - 950€ or 1%, whichever is the lesser
- Life cover - required where the loan exceeds the value of the property by more than 60%
