La Coquette: a small holiday complex nestling in the quiet Dordogne courtryside overlooking the village of St Capraise d'Eymet, 18kms south of Bergerac. The modest complex commands superb views of the surrounding open countryside, contrasting with the peace and tranquility provided by the tall oak and sweet chestnut canopy creating a welcome shade from the summer sun, over the whole site. The accommodation consists of a spacious gite, 4 chalet caravans, 5 pitches for visiting caravans and unlimited space for tents. With the exception of the gite, washing and WC facilities are provided by a purpose build sanitary block.
Their are numerous facilities on site to keep all the family content including a new swimming pool, tennis court, Petanque terrain, kids play area, archery, table tennis etc., and of course the complex is surrounded by numerous tracks and bridle paths to walk or cycle.
Most amenities are available within a 10 minute drive including bars, restaurants and shops. Bergerac, its amenities and international airport, is a 15 minute drive, Bordeaux and the coast is approximately 1.5 hours drive. St Capraise d'Eymet lies central to the many Bastide towns of the area, where weekly markets selling local produce are held throughout the year.
The French owners live on site so are always available to help with any problems, queries, maintenance, tourist advice, and of course, to welcome you to La Coquette.

Gite
The gite is an old stone built farm house restored in a typical French fashion with tiled floors and lots of heavy timber work. There are 3 main bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a mezzanine above the kitchen with another double bed; sheets and covers are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, gas cooker, fridge etc., and a large round table and chairs. The lounge/dining area has a large rectanglular dining table with seating for 8 and several pieces of soft furnishing. There is also a TV with video and hi-fi unit. Outside there is a covered terrace with table and seating and a purpose built barbeque.

Mid season: 500€/week, June - September
Low season: 350€/week, all other times

Chalets/caravan
Accommodation
The chalets consist of a caravan with a wooden chalet extension. In the outer chalet area there is a kitchen/dining area with table and chairs and basic kitchen. Outside is a barbeque, table and seating. Each caravan sleeps between 4 and 6 adults.
A separate building houses the WCs, showers, washrooms and coin operated washing machine.
